The Oriental and Western Medical Study on Habitual Abortion

Abstract
|

|
This study was carried out through the investigation of Oriental and Western medical literature and we was discovered these conclusions about the etiology, treatment, prescription of habitual abortion. The result of this study were as follows :
1. The habitual abortion does agree with ?Hwaltae(üÁ÷Ã)?and means that spontaneous abortion repeats three times or more. 2. The etiology of habitual abortion is divided ?Deficiency of kidney?(ãìúÈ), ?Deficiency of vital energy and blood?(ѨúìúÈå°), ?Deficiency of yin?(ëäúÈ), ?Clotted blood?(åÜúì). 3. By means of cause, the treatment of habitual abortion was mainly made use of ?Tonifying kidney and promoting spleen?(ÜÍãìËíÞ¡), ?Invigorating vital energy and nourishing blood?(ÜÍѨÜÍúì), ?Supplementing yin fluid and alleviating fever?(í²ëäôèæð), ?Resuscitating blood and removing clotted blood?(üÀúìËäåÜ). 4. By means of cause, the prescription of habitual abortion was frequent made use of Bosingochunghwan(ÜÍãìͳõøü¯), Bosingotae?m(ÜÍãìͳ÷Ãëæ), Taesanbans?ksan(÷ÁߣÚñà´ß¤), Ch?ng?mboinghwan(ô¶ÑÑÜÁí¦ü¯), Agyotang(ä¹Îï÷·), Gungguibojungtang(ÏäÏýÜÍñé÷·), Taewon?m(÷Ãêªëæ), Gotaej?n(ͳ÷Ãï¡), Baekchulj?n(ÛÜõôï¡), Sas?ngsan(ÞÌá¡ß¤), Gyegibokryonghwan(Ìýò«ÜÚ?ü¯), Dangguich?ng?mtang(Ó×Ïýô¶ÑÑ÷·). 5. The Western medical etiology of habitual abortion(recurrent spontaneous early pregnancy loss) is divided Genetic factor(Chromosome aberration), Anatomical deformity, Endocrinologic disorder, Infection, Immunologic factor, Unknown factor(Others).
